Andrew - Managing Director

Andrew heads up the team at Calver Branding, bringing over 30 years of experience in the promotional products industry. He founded the business in the early 90s, starting with custom leather goods sourced from Turkey and India. His passion lies in creative, bespoke projects and exploring the world - from long road trips to visiting supplier factories to understand how products are made. When he’s not leading the team, he dreams of earning his private pilot’s licence and taking to the skies.

Fun fact: Andrew is completely captivated by Turkish culture, amassing an impressive collection of Turkish coffee pots, cups, tea sets, and glasses - plus he makes a mean Turkish coffee with his treasured coffee maker.

Aysin - Marketing Director

Aysin leads Calver Branding’s finance team and shapes the business strategy with her sharp eye for management and marketing. An economics graduate with over 24 years at the company, she’s the expert behind the numbers that keep everything running smoothly. Her love for travel has taken her around the world, with Japan holding the top spot as her favourite destination so far.

Fun fact: Aysin has a photographer’s eye for architecture and spends her free time hunting down beautiful and unusual buildings - her phone gallery is filled with stunning structural discoveries from her adventures.

Shannon - Operations Manager

Shannon runs Calver Branding’s customer service, order processing and fulfillment team with the expertise that comes from 13 years of hands-on experience. Starting as a customer service apprentice, she’s grown into the go-to expert for all things print and promotional products, handling everything from initial enquiries to final order management. When she’s not solving customer challenges, she loves exploring new destinations - Cape Verde currently tops her travel list.

Fun fact: Shannon has an ever-growing obsession with Gonks and has built an extensive collection of these quirky creatures and their merchandise - her daughter is definitely her most prized possession though.

Eden - Content & Digital Marketing

Eden writes the words that help bring Calver Branding's promotional products to life. With a background in marketing and a love for creative writing, she thrives on finding fresh ways to present familiar products. Life outside the office means chasing after two adventurous boys through forests, parks, and anywhere else their curiosity leads.

Fun fact: Eden's car is permanently equipped with a camping chair, a picnic blanket, and at least one forgotten treasure from nature that seemed too beautiful to leave behind.

Caren - Finance & Bookkeeping

Caren brings her finance expertise to Calver Branding to ensure the business stays financially healthy and organized. She has a Bachelor’s degree in accountancy and over 9 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry, including roles in manufacturing, retail, and eCommerce. 

Caren loves singing, watching K-dramas, and reading in her free time. Her freelancing journey has allowed her to buy her first home, car, and motorcycle—all while working from home and caring for her family.

Fun fact: Caren is a big believer in learning by doing and credits her success to both hard work and her faith in God.
